Other Design Team Members The Refurbishment/ Redevelopment of 820 Existing Pre-cast Reinforced Concrete & Non-Traditional dwellings to bring North Hertfordshire Homes Housing stock up to Descent homes standards.

We have current complete works to over 500 of the dwellings which were occupied during the works being carried out. Works involved concrete repairs/treatment to existing structure, New Insulated external Cladding, External Ground works, Vehicle Access & improvements to existing security such as installation of New Fencing & External Lighting.
