Constructed from a frame work of pre-cast reinforced concrete columns with cold formed steel lattice floor beams and traditional cut timber roof. Clad with shiplap concrete panels.

Two of the main house layouts South aspect & North aspect characterised by main entrance on the side for a South aspect and at the front for a North Aspect.
